We are competitive in small-scale EPC projects, such as external non-combustible staircases, fire escapes, building modifications, railing systems, as well as structural repair engineering and procedures. We are detail oriented, with a healthy mix of traditional structural design techniques optimized with modern design tools.

Structural Designs
Well Engineered can provide stamped manufacturing design packages for building modifications and additions, such as stairwell replacements, wall removals and additions, and beam and column repairs / replacements / additions. We are currently the dedicated engineering firm for several local fabrication companies.
